The C/Z-shape Purline Roll Forming Machine can produce up to 6 different profiles. Each profiles can be altered by manually adjusting the roller gap in 15-30 minutes.

User friendly HMI panel,automatically curve to any length and quantity with pre-setting

The pressing die is made from Japanese Steel Grade SKD11 tool steel, then Electrical Discharge Machined to very small tolerance, then hardened to ensure the shape is wrinkle free and sheet metal is not damaged.

Rollers are CNC machined to small tolerances, then Chrome plated for durability
